Our Telephonic/Desktop Case Managers then coordinate and help execute effective treatments based on these goals. This ensures the right treatments and the highest standards of care are maintained, as well as enabling our team to monitor progress wherever the injured party is located.

Through maintaining regular contact, we’re able to understand the progress being made and determine whether any additional treatment or intervention is needed. This becomes part of the detailed reporting we undertake throughout the entire case lifecycle.
