Competition Terms and Conditions

Corporé’s Case Manager CV Search Portal Prize Draw Competition is applicable to anyone who has submitted a request for one of Corporé’s Case Manager CV’s starting from January 2025.

Entries made for this competition are in no way influenced by making a referral to Corporé. The competition is solely based on the use of a free service and intended as a bit of fun.

Entries can be made simply by submitting a request via the CV Search Portal, completing the form with your name, email address and CV requests and there is no limit to the number of times you can be entered into the competition draw.

This competition draw will be running for the whole of 2025, with prizes with the value of £400 issued every quarter to one winner. The prizes cannot be redeemable or exchangeable for cash or any cash equivalent. The competition is intended as a fun reward for use of a free Corporé service, without any expectation of referrals, advantage or preferential treatment to Corporé in the future. The random draw, entrants and winners are not in any way linked to referrals received by Corporé following CV requests.

The winner will be drawn at random and contacted via the email address provided on the CV Search submission form by Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Izzy McDaniel, to notify them of their win and arrange delivery of the prize.

We will comply with data protection law and principles, which means that your information will be:

• Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way;
• Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes;
• Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes;
• Accurate and kept up to date;
• Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about;
• Kept securely.

A redraw may be possible if a winner refuses or is unable to accept their prize. In this case, the random draw will take place again to choose an alternative winner, and they will be contacted via the same process as above.

The competition will be announced by our Sales team, it will be on the Corporé email signature, sent via an email mailshot and posted on Corporé’s social media channels. If you are contacted by a person who is not employed by Corporé in reference to this competition, it is not a valid entry. Winners will also be announced on our social media channels. These channels receive no liability for entries made to the competition via links on their sites and our competition prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with these social media platforms.
