Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to support the Account Management and Sales teams. This role would include management of external and internal business enquiries, achieving sales targets, overseeing customer portfolios and developing strong business relationships with customers.

Based at our Liverpool Office and working across both TTN and Corpore, this is an excellent opportunity for a creative and ambitious person to support our customers.

This is a key role within the business, to oversee the full client services function to ensure that the service level agreements are met, achieve customer revenue and provide assistance to the teams to retain quality and standards.

Reporting to the Strategic account Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, alongside the Strategic account managers, Business Development Managers, Operations and Finance. You will be expected to work full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am until 5 pm.

After the probationary period you will be able to work on a hybrid basis.

Specific duties

  • MI reporting for both the business and external customers on a regular basis.
  • Support and manage to ensure the customer service levels are achieved.
  • Building and maintaining prospect lists to generate new leads by telephone, email, and teams.
  • Escalate any risk to customers immediately to the Strategic Account Director
  • To communicate positively and enthusiastically about Corpore and TTN’s service with our customers.
  • To engage and interact with management in relation to new and emerging opportunities in the market.
  • Provide update reports to the sales team with regard to the various client issues and requirements.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to provide client information and ensure that our customers receive excellent customer service.
  • Attend internal meetings with the Senior Managers as required.
  • Managing the transition of new customers into the business.
  • Managing inactive customer accounts.
  • Answer and triage inbound telephone calls within agreed timescales.
  • Improve the overall customer relationships.
  • Any other request made by a manager or Director.

  • Knowledge of Outlook and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

  • A willingness to be flexible and adaptable depending upon the demands of the business dynamics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
